This would be a major improvement for our rescue and would help us provide a cleaner, healthier, and safer environment for every bird that comes through our doors. Land of Illinois Parrot Rescue is raising funds for a Generac automatic standby generator for our rescue.

When the power goes out, our birds still need heat in the winter, air conditioning in the summer, clean air circulation, and refrigeration to keep their fresh food safe. A generator that automatically turns on—even when we aren’t home—would give us peace of mind knowing the birds are protected during an emergency. 🦜

We are a state-licensed 501(c)(3) parrot rescue, and every donation helps us get closer to this very important goal.

Interview Scheduling Process

If we accept your application, we will schedule an interview. Our team reviews all submissions thoroughly, and if your qualifications meet our needs, we will reach out to discuss the next steps. During the interview, we will explore your experience and skills further, giving you an opportunity to ask us questions about the position and the company. Thank you for your interest in joining our volunteer team!
